How long does a subscription last?
When you created an account, you had the option for month-to-month subscription access, or a fixed 3 month pack.
Month-to-Month Access
If you signed up for month-to-month access, your subscription automatically renews until you no longer need access. To cancel your account, simply go to Account, and click the Cancel Account button. Cancellation is that easy. No phone calls, or emails are required.
3 Month Pack
If you have a 3 month pack, your access will expire automatically at the end of the 3 month window. Should you like to continue beyond your 3 month window, simply log back in when your access expires and follow the on-screen instructions to reactivate your account on a month-to-month basis. To cancel your account, simply go to Account, and click the Cancel Account button. Cancellation is that easy. No phone calls, or emails are required.
I see the GRE Official Guide answers, but where are the questions?
The GRE Official Guide is published by the GRE test-makers at ETS, not EMPOWER Test Prep, and those questions are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

If the book were included in the course, the tuition would be at least $17 more than it currently is, and many of our students already have a copy. Given the critical importance of working with the most realistic questions is central to GRE improvement. What practice GRE Exams should I use? How do I get the Official ETS Practice MST Exams?

How do I change my payment information?

I’m already really good at math. Should I do the quant lessons/practice?
The Quant ‘half’ of the GRE is NOT a ‘math test’ - it’s a ‘critical thinking test’ that requires lots of little calculations as you work through it. Thus, to maximize your score in Quant, you have to know more than just how to do math – you have to know the necessary Tactics, patterns and little ‘secrets’ to the Quant section. You will learn all of that vital information, and get the necessary practice, by working through the Quant Modules in the EMPOWER Test Prep Course.
How much can I expect my score to go up?
That will depend on your ‘starting score’ obviously. The EMPOWER Test Prep Course offers a 6-point increase Guarantee – which is one of the best guarantees in the industry.
